The system will control the access to a site and provide real time information about people and vehicles inside the plant, anomalies, working hours or required documents expired validity. It can be easily adapted to meet any national law requirements. It might use any hardware technology like barcodes readers, magnetic badges readers or proximity readers. In our case study, we used industrial computers with touch screen and barcode readers, industrial badge printers, PLC for automation, developing a specific software to manage the entire system.
